We collect workout telemetry—including but not limited to heart rate, pace, cadence, and GPS route data—via user-authorized third-party wearable integrations and platform APIs (e.g., Garmin Connect, Apple HealthKit). We also collect basic profile data necessary for account creation.

2. Data Usage and Processing

The physiological data collected is strictly utilized to provide personalized fitness coaching, physiological analysis, and algorithmic training protocols. K4 Koach employs artificial intelligence to analyze performance trends and optimize your training blocks. Your data is never used for automated decision-making outside the scope of athletic coaching.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We absolutely do not sell, trade, or rent personal health data or telemetry to outside third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks. Data is shared only with essential cloud infrastructure providers required to operate the K4 Koach platform, all of whom are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, to protect your sensitive health data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Data Retention and User Rights

We retain your physiological data only for as long as your K4 Koach account is active. You maintain full ownership of your data.
